Hola fam! I hope you all are doing great and missed me speaking with you all through the blog posts in the past three months. Honestly, I missed writing to you all. But there were so many things going on that I lost the balance and couldn’t keep up the consistency.
First of all, Wishing you all a very Happy New Year. May you all have a blissful year.
So, I wanna start with why I was not active for a really long time and acted almost dead on social media as well. Basically, I was jobless, broke and figuring out what I exactly want in my career.
Sometimes, I wonder if I am the only one who goes through the saturation phase of thoughts. Such as sometimes I just want to quit everything and accept the traditional ways of career. There have been moments when I feel like that focusing on the “Office job” is the only wise decision. What if it is not my passion? What if it does not make me jump out of my bed every morning? I should focus on the traditional ways only as these are on the safer side.
But, after doing the thorough analysation for my future plans, after almost three months, now I am in the right state of mind. And I have figured it out that if continuing the job which is ultimately not your passion, is a somewhat wise decision then following your passion which makes you feel happy from within, is an absolute wise decision.
Therefore, I chose to balance out things. Now I am an HR Professional on Weekdays and Content Creator on Weekends! Why settle for one when you can manage both, right?
If you are also in this dilemma of thoughts then I have great advice for you which I am implementing nowadays. I read it on the internet. It’s like:
Find three hobbies- One to make you money, One to keep you creative & One to keep you in shape.
Well, I believe materialistic things don’t matter at all but we also can’t deny the fact that money is one of the important thing and if you are earning money from your passion then you are luckiest. But if you are stuck with the traditional career ways for earning then make sure you manage your time efficiently and invest in your passion which will keep your creativity polished.
So here is the simple mantra of life- Love what you do & Do what you love!
Also, I witnessed and observed that eventually, everything will fall into place if you have two things- “Never Give up Attitude” & “Consistency”. Hence, I am focusing on mastering these two things along with balancing out the new life.
Cheers to the New Year and New Me!!
Love,
Goldy.
